Transit Times:
UPS 3-day shipping will arrive 4 business days after the day the order is entered (ex. If the order is placed on Monday, the shipment will arrive on Friday). 2nd Day will arrive 3 business days after the order is entered, and Next day will arrive 2 days after the order is entered. The extra day includes the time for our warehouse to pick and pack your order. If faster service is needed, please call our customer service line at 212 650 4120 or email us at press@urj.org to place the order. Please note that any order entered after business hours will be treated as if it were entered the following day. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If ordering as a HUC, JTS or AJR student, use codes "HUC" "JTS" or "AJR".

Note: Discount code does not apply to sale items. Mitkadem materials are eligible for quantity discounts. Discounts also apply when ordering multiple copies of multiple titles. For instance, if you wish to order five copies each of Ramot 1 - 6 (30 books), you will receive a 20% discount.

CVV2 are the 3 or 4 digit numbers on your card that allow us to verify that you are indeed the owner of your card and have it in your hand to place a transaction. This allows us to prevent fraud and keep your card number safe.
For Mastercard/Visa cards, your 3-digit CVV2 number is written on the back of your card on the signature stripe - if it is unreadable, please call us to place an order.
For American Express cards, your CVV2 number is on the front of your card, in the 4 digit preprinted (non-raised) numbers to the left of your (raised) credit card numbers. |

Our Return Policy:
Returns must be made within 6 months. All products must be in saleable condition. Items that have been superseded by new editions or that are discontinued will not be accepted for credit. Used or damaged merchandise cannot be accepted for refund. Unless you are returning the product(s) as a result of a URJ PRESS error, URJ PRESS is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and should be shipped directly to (once received, we will credit your account):

URJ Policy with Respect to Credit and Collection
At its discretion the Union of Reform Judaism may opt not to ship to customers who have a balance outstanding beyond six months. To arrange for payment terms consult Customer Service Department at 212 650 4120.
Customers with a credit balance may have that credit applied to other invoices or request a refund by calling 212 650 4120. At its discretion URJ may opt out a credit balance at the end of six months if no affirmative contact has been received.
Billing institutions:
To establish a credit account, please call our office. To save time, fax (212.650.4119) a credit and bank reference before you call. Individuals cannot be billed. You must be an institution to create an account with us.
